One of Pyunkangyul's best sellers, it's a mix of essence and toner, formulated with 91% milkvetch root extract, which is known for anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help the skin to glow. 

HOW TO USE

1. Apply after cleansing

2. Pour a small amount of toner onto hands or cotton pads

3. Pat gently into skin if using hands. If using cotton pads, wipe your skin with it
