SHIPPING POLICY:

Murasaki Mart offers worldwide shipping from the United Kingdom, except for UAE/Saudi Arabia.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED  3-5 WORKING DAYS: £5

FREE OVER £40

ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY DELIVERY: £8.95

UK orders are expected to be delivered in 3-5 days, please note the processing time for every order is usually 2-3 days, however shipping delays may be expected.

EU TRACKED: £20

INTERNATIONAL TRACKED: £33

Royal Mail does not offer tracked service for particular countries, please contact us for more info.

For orders exceeds 2kg/4.4lb, you may be contacted for additional shipping cost depending on package size and shipment destination.

International and EU orders take 2 weeks for delivery but can also take up to 28 days.

Customers are responsible for custom fees, tariffs, taxes, or duties.

Processing times are not included in shipping ETA and range within 1-2 business days (holidays, special occasions may delay both processing and shipping times).

Murasaki is not responsible for any fees charged at delivery. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. All Murasaki policies are subject to change without advance notice. Be aware of your local custom regulations.

Please ensure that all of your information is correct prior to submitting your order (ex. address, zip/postal code, phone number, billing address) as Murasaki is not responsible for additional fees to reship the order.

RETURNS:

Murasaki Mart operates on a no returns policy due to hygiene reasons. All sales are final.

However if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, with:

-Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges,

-Item(s) must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused

-Murasaki Mart is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees made
